5. Compliance: Must hold valid DPIIT or Udyam registration and required documents
6. Funding Use: Clear plan for fund utilization and growth milestones
7. Exclusions: Startups involved in harmful or unethical activities are ineligible
8. Evaluation Process: Applications will undergo screening, pitch review, and due diligence before final selection
